Synopsis

Synopsis

Sharon (Chrissie Chau) and Rachel (Theresa Fu) grew up in a seaside area called Paradise Cove. Since young they were being taught Chinese martial arts by their uncle Mr Tao (Lo Meng), but they would rather spend more time on beach volleyball.

On the other side is Mrs Bu (Candice Yu On On) and her three children: Natalie (Jessica Cambensy), Natasha (Phoenix Valen) and Tim (Law Chung Him). One day a conflict occurs, this resulted with Tim and Sharon getting to know each other.

Bu's family has plan to acquire Paradise Cove by demolishing the area and develop it into a resort. However, the villagers are against the acquisition. This decision also make Tim and his family turn into enemies since he is close with Sharon.

After a negotiation, both mutually agree to participate in a Beach Volleyball Tournament. The condition is if Sharon's team win the tournament they will not demolish the area. Both have competed with each other previously with Sharon's team losing.

Although they accept the challenge, Sharon and Rachel feel they have little chance of winning the tournament, until Mr Tao teaches them superior kung fu skills that can be applied to the beach volleyball.

After a series of hectic training the girls are ready for the tournament. During the tournament the girls manage to make it through to the final, meeting with Natalie's team. On the eve to the final, Natasha accidentally injures Sharon's back.

And this injury keeps repeating while the tournament is still in progress. Which team will win the final? Will Paradise Cove disappear?
